Job Summary
• This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing marketing data to address marketing problems through basic analytics. Additionally, the role assists in executing marketing excellence and performance management projects by identifying relevant analytic solutions and data sources. The role also tracks program metrics, assists in preparing dashboards for reporting, monitors campaign budgets, facilitates communication with marketing groups, and supports the maintenance of marketing databases and records.
Responsibilities
• Collects, cleans, and analyzes marketing data to provide basic analytic solutions to marketing problems.
• Assists in executing marketing excellence and performance management projects to provide operational processes, marketing policies, measurement, analytical model, and actionable plan to maximize the return on marketing investment.
• Identifies relevant analytic solutions and data sources pertaining to assigned areas.
• Tracks program metrics and ensures that all programs are providing the business benefit as outlined in the original business case for the project.
• Assists in preparation of dashboards to provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of marketing campaign results.
• Monitors campaign budgets and provides support in budget allocation by reconciling market program spend to the planned market assets.
• Assists in facilitating communication with various marketing groups to manage marketing budget or program.
• Supports maintenance of marketing databases, accrual tools and other essential records.
• Applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.
• Supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
