Your key responsibilities

• Maintain product content across a broad array of marketing vehicles to support sales and retention efforts, including: fact sheets, presentations, sales flyers, sales ideas, etc.
• Help develop new content on products and services that are delivered to various client types in the United States.
• Facilitate execution of client campaigns through SalesForce Marketing Cloud with the intention of growing business.
• Support compliance framework related to marketing materials and client communications, including maintenance of data sources that are leveraged for materials.
• Help facilitate and work within framework of quarter-end responsibilities.
• Assist in planning/executing quarterly update of all performance collateral.
• Coordinate and find the nexus between multiple teams to meet end goals.
• Develop automated processes to drive efficiency and scale.

Your skills and experience

• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team (even across the globe)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to fact check
• Work well under pressure with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of financial markets and investments
• Experience in following clearly defined business workflows as well as handling multiple parallel workflows
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency level in editing publishable content
• Good understanding of client specific regulatory requirements for publications
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficiency in using various data providers like Bloomberg, FactSet etc.
• High level of comfort in dealing with different levels of management and external stakeholders
