Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that attract potential buyers, renters, and investors to our real estate listings. The role involves both digital and traditional marketing, working closely with the sales team to increase property visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development:
• Design and implement marketing strategies for properties, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Develop campaigns that effectively highlight the key features and selling points of each property.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote listings and engage with potential clients.
• Create content for email campaigns, blogs, and property listing websites.
• Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to improve the visibility of property listings on search engines.
• Conduct pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
• Traditional Marketing:
• Design and distribute print materials such as brochures, flyers, and postcards.
• Coordinate property open houses, events, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners to increase brand awareness.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Develop strategies for lead generation through various marketing channels.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase lead conversion rates.
• Property Photography and Staging:
• Coordinate with photographers and videographers for property photo shoots.
• Assist in staging properties to make them more appealing to potential buyers or renters.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand the competition and target audience.
• Monitor real estate market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Client Relations:
• Work closely with sales agents to understand client needs and preferences.
• Provide clients with market insights and feedback on their properties' marketing performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
• Understanding of the real estate market, including trends and pricing strategies.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling content for different marketing channels.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Creativity in developing innovative marketing strategies.
• Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail, especially when presenting property information.

Other Requirements:

• Valid real estate license (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
• Access to reliable transportation for site visits and marketing events.
