The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our growing team! You'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing, branding, and client development initiatives across a global landscape (UAE, UK, USA, Australia). With at least 2 years of experience, you'll leverage your strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage projects, create compelling marketing materials, and contribute to brand awareness and lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities:

1) Client Communication and Lead Generation:

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

- Effectively explain the value proposition of our services and cultivate strong client relationships.

- Design targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive lead generation and strengthen web presence.

2) Project Management and Execution:

- Assist in managing domestic and international projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

- Support the management team in assigning tasks and tracking execution across marketing, branding, development, and communication channels.

3) Content Creation and Reporting:

- Develop engaging presentations, reports, and other marketing materials to support campaigns and client communication.

- Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, insights, and opportunities in targeted markets.

- Analyze marketing data from multiple sources and generate insightful reports to measure campaign effectiveness.

4) Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

- Serve as a source of knowledge and guidance for team members across UAE, UK, and Australia.

- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support special projects and initiatives.

- Identify and build strategic business partnerships with other industry players to expand our client base.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, business development, or strategy role.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field (preferred).

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, advertising, and branding concepts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences (global markets).

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and combine data from various sources.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

- A creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions to support fast-paced growth.

- Strong research and analytical skills, with a passion for staying current with industry trends.

- Self-driven, accountable, and committed to taking ownership of both successes and learnings.

- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, international environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
