Job Title: Sales Executive (Masala and Spices)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Patrapada, Bhubaneswar. The role involves selling our masala and spice products to local retailers, wholesalers, and customers. This entry-level position is perfect for someone interested in sales, spices, and growing within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell masala and spice products to retailers, grocery stores, and individual customers in the Patrapada area.

Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers to encourage repeat business.

Regularly visit local markets to ensure products are well-displayed and to promote brand visibility.

Work towards meeting assigned sales targets and increasing overall revenue in the region.

Get customer feedback on products, competitor offerings, and market preferences, and share it with management.

Stay informed about the spices and masala range to confidently answer customer queries.

Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business goals and targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education : Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience : 0-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products.

You must have your own vehicle.

You should have basic knowledge of the local market in Patrapada and surrounding areas.

You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and always present yourself professionally.

You should have the ability to work independently and take initiative.

You should be Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.

You should be proficient in local languages (Odia, Hindi).

You should have willingness to travel extensively within Patrapada and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?160,000.00 per year
