To contribute to the RFT Market Risk BA team by being responsible for all aspects of the RFT Business Analysis service delivery for relevant market risk solutions . Responsibilities include: Perform UAT testing, Writing BRD, Functional Specifications, working with Multiple stakeholders like Risk managers, Quants, Technology and CRIS (Risk Reporting) . Will be working on Market Risk re-platforming, migration, impact analysis projects, FRTB but not limited to it. The candidate may further be required to work on other streams like Market Risk re-platforming, critical works, migration, on-boarding, decommissioning or FRTB. . The candidate will work as part of a local team, regularly liaising with colleagues in other regions for the project What will you be doing The Candidate will be part of the Market Risk BA team and will work on strategic projects spanning multi-years like Onerisk - Risk platform, consolidation program, FRTB or Libor program or Upstream system change program. . Working with the business to determine and document clear and concise business/functional requirements through meetings or other communication channel for Market Risk modelling methodologies. . Analyse data requirements and work with business and IT streams. Act as the bridge between the business and IT. . Follow good processes and practices, as defined by the team standards ensuring that documentation is complete, comprehensive and signed off. . Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines across multiple streams . Candidate should be assisting with the prioritization and planning of key deliverables. . Review documentation and provide feedback for components that are being implemented on the project. . Participate in the testing cycle and own the resolution of defects pertaining to requirement and design clarifications. . Raise key issues and risks in a timely manner to the Project Manager/Delivery Lead. What we\'re looking for: . Understanding of data flow in Market/Credit Risk, transformations, controls, reporting . Strong data interrogation and warehousing experience and analysis skills (Excel/SQL) . Strong business and data feed analysis experience - showing an ability to delve deep into an area and provide solution options and impact analysis. Ability to communicate at all levels . Knowledge of various financial products of one of the Asset classes like Macro or Equity or Credit, and their valuations and VaR methodology. . Pro-active & Good collaboration skills working with Global teams, Risk Managers, Risk development team . Delivery of multiple tasks simultaneously and working under pressure Skills that will help you in the role: . 5+ Years of experience in Investment Baking domain . 2+ Years of experience in Market/Credit Risk . Strong Business Analysis skills and Good knowledge of Market/Credit Risk systems . Good software testing knowledge . Knowledge of financial products, Product Valuations and Value at Risk . Experience of working in Risk change team Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications: . Post graduate degree - preferably MBA Finance . Risk Certifications if Any . Good product knowledge including derivatives/structured products .
