what is CRED?

here\'s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a market risk analyst

what you will do?

• build credit risk models and make credit decisions.
• present effective credit oversight to your colleagues leading our credit teams
• develop, implement and monitor risk strategies cutting across credit underwriting, limit assessment, pricing, line management, and collections
• identify and evaluate alternate data features to find credit expansion opportunities
• build a strong culture of prudent risk management
• coach younger team members and build world-class credit team
• drive a robust monitoring and alerting systems on early warning signals to drive agility in decision making
• help shape the product design and operations processes by evaluating them from a credit risk lens
• help shape the omni-channel collections treatment strategy so that we maximize our use of analytics & technology to optimize collections efficiency
• work closely with collections to ensure the feedback loop is closed and learnings are relayed into our credit decisioning strategies

you should apply if you:

• have 5-10 years prior work experience in a strong analytical role
• prior retail credit experience will be strongly preferred followed by any experience on underwriting in proximate fields (like insurance, working capital loans etc)
• have the ability to analyze and solve complicated problems, and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication
• must be will be willing to get hands-on both on the technical aspects as well as the business side
• are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
• seek high ownership, independent environments, and feedback-oriented cultures
• must have a very strong operating discipline
