The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting industry research, analyzing market trends, and producing high-quality content to support our marketing efforts. This individual will play a key role in building our company\'s narrative and thought leadership in the retail, logistics, SaaS, and technology sectors.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the retail, logistics, SaaS, and technology sectors.- Develop compelling narratives and content hooks that align with industry trends and position our company as a thought leader in the market.- Lead end-to-end project execution, collaborating closely with the different teams (PR, Digital, Email) to ensure optimum distribution of high value content- Create media & thought leadership angles to general buzz around the company - which as an output keeps constantly in the news- Create engaging presentations on thought leadership topics for speaking sessions at industry events, webinars, and forums -defining narrative & differentiation angles- Collaborate with external agencies to execute primary research projects, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.- Produce high-quality content, including POV blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, and case studies, to drive awareness and engagement with target audiences.- Stay up-to-date on industry news, competitor activities, and market developments to inform content strategy and messaging.Requirements- 7-10 years of experience in market intelligence, industry research, or content creation roles within the retail, logistics, SaaS, or technology sectors.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights into actionable recommendations.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.- Proven track record of developing thought leadership content and driving results through integrated marketing campaigns.- Experience working with market intelligence/research firms preferred.
