• Interpret market trends and provide insights and recommendations to support investment decisions.
• Conduct property valuations and assess the potential return on investment.
• Monitor economic indicators and regulatory changes that may impact the real estate market.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and financial analysts to provide comprehensive market analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
