Position Title: Market Research Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Researcher with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to help our company make informed business decisions. This role involves conducting research on consumer behavior, market trends, on-ground research, surveys and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Market Research:

• Design and implement quantitative and qualitative research studies.
• Collect data through calls, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research.

2. Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

3. Reporting and Presentation:

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Communicate research findings and recommendations effectively.

4. Market Monitoring:

• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Stay updated with the latest market developments and best practices.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to provide insights that support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with external research agencies when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research or a related field.
• Proficiency in basic statistical software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?600,000.00 per year
