Job Title: Market growth officer - Mutual Fund Sales

Location: Bokaro,Dhanbad

Department: Marketing & Sales

Reports to: Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Product Promotion: Drive awareness and sales of the company's mutual fund offerings to individual and institutional clients.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, financial advisors, and distributors to generate leads and expand the customer base.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions to boost sales and increase market penetration.

Market Research: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and webinars to educate potential customers on the benefits and performance of the mutual fund products.

Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sale support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, financial advisors, and senior management to meet sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial product sales, preferably in mutual funds or related financial services.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

In-depth knowledge of mutual funds and investment products.

Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Goal-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
