You will collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives that support the overall business goals. The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Business into BA Function Finance in Bangalore India. You will be mainly accountable for: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new market trends, competitive intelligence, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth. Assist in the development and implementation of corporate strategies that align with the companys mission and long-term goals. Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and geographic or product diversification. Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, and sales strategies for entering new markets. Evaluate financial performance of strategic initiatives and recommend actions to improve profitability and growth. Prepare and present regular reports on strategy performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior leadership. Monitor the performance of market development strategies, adjusting approaches as needed based on results.Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, market development, business consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning processes.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and take initiative to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior executives.
