You will collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives that support the overall business goals. You will be mainly accountable for: xe2x80xa2 Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new market trends, competitive intelligence, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth. xe2x80xa2 Assist in the development and implementation of corporate strategies that align with the companyxe2x80x99s mission and long-term goals. xe2x80xa2 Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and geographic or product diversification. xe2x80xa2 Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, and sales strategies for entering new markets. xe2x80xa2 Evaluate financial performance of strategic initiatives and recommend actions to improve profitability and growth. xe2x80xa2 Prepare and present regular reports on strategy performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior leadership. xe2x80xa2 Monitor the performance of market development strategies, adjusting approaches as needed based on results.Qualifications for the role

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, market development, business consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning processes.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and take initiative to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior executives.
