It is currently installed and in operation at select India campuses of large listed Companies. For converting organic waste to natural gas, we have developed \'Biothane\'. Role Description Livprotec is seeking an experienced Marcom Manager with 3-4 years of experience to lead the coordination between internal departments and external agencies while overseeing and managing deliverables within the marketing department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, deadlines are met, and communication flows seamlessly between teams and partners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, sales, and product development to understand project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Serve as the central point of contact for all marketing-related projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals. 2.Event & Agency Management: Liaise with external agencies like Event Design & Fabrication Agencies, PR Agency, event organisers, Freelancers, vendors like Video Production House, and contractors to facilitate the execution of events, marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives. Negotiate contracts and agreements with agencies and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. 3. Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from planning to implementation and post-campaign analysis. Monitor project progress and ensure that all stakeholders meet their deadlines. 4. Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including budgets, personnel, and technology, to support marketing initiatives. Ensure that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively. 5. Quality Assurance: Review marketing materials and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, adhere to brand guidelines, and align with project objectives. 6. Research Do Research on emerging opportunities in terms of creating news. 7. Reporting and Analytics: Gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare regular reports and insights to track progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment between marketing and other departments to ensure that marketing supports overall business goals. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field/ MBA 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or marketing coordination. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Negotiation skills, Ability to understand and decode briefs and requirements Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in working with external agencies and vendors is a plus.
