Job Title:MarCom Business PartnerSummary: We are looking for a self-motivated Marketing Communications Specialist to partner with our B2B business segments in the development and implementation of strategic marketing communication roadmaps and support ongoing marketing communication activities. In this position, you will oversee producing high-quality content that engages customers across a variety of channels and builds brand recognition.Responsibilities Include:Your primary duties will include writing and production of printed and digital content including brand videos, being the liaison between assigned business segments and the broader marketing communications team and building brand awareness for our companyxe2x80x99s products and services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills, who also can translate technical and complicated details into engaging marketing messages.Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of assigned business segment(s) to become the content expert
• Develop strategic communications plans for assigned business segment(s) based on and aligned to the 5-Year Growth Plan of the Segment(s).
• Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events and promotions
• Plan and manage the design, content and production of all marketing content and materials for both traditional and digital channels
• Drive good understanding of Return-on-Investment of MarCom Tools such as Trade shows or Digital campaigns (e.g. Linked-in)
• Design and Write product collateral in all formsxe2x80x94product flyers, bulletins, white papers, brochure, website, advertising and social media

Qualifications:The following are required for the role

• BA/BS in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, business or a relevant field
• Experience in B2B marketing in the agriculture, paints and coatings, polymer additives or general industrial segments
• A minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role or with related experience
• Proven experience in creating targeted content is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
• Sound writing skills, good project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in development of strategic communications plans
• Ability to lead business teams through evolution of marketing communications approach to a more relevant sophisticated approach
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure with competing deadlines
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Agency or corporate experience in communications
• Chemical, industrial or advanced manufacturing experience, preferably in silicones or additives
• Good knowledge of and Experience with Digital Campaigns
