Job Description

Hiring a Marathi teacher who will be responsible to teach higher grades of our school and go beyond just imparting academic knowledge; they also play a significant role in fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Here are some key aspects of a teacher's role:

Key Responsibilities :

• Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all student's academic performance and student discipline.
• Oversee the execution of the Curricular and Extra Curricular Programme as per guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with students, staff and parents and effectively handle parent concerns.
• Ensure that the academic staff up scaled themselves on virtual teaching technologies by facilitating the availability of course material in the form of presentations, videos, lecture slides, etc. to the students.
• Establish and maintain a cooperative and effective platform for students & parents, to discuss student needs as well as school offerings.

Required Candidate Profile :

• Minimum Masters Degree Science, Arts & Commerce
• Minimum B.Ed Experience: 2 + years of work experience in academics

• Good analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgement.
• Sound Technical skills to manage they dynamic online learning platforms.
• Ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations.
• Extrovert, result oriented, mentor and leader focused on delivering solution-focused working strategies to increase staff productivity, service quality and contribute to overall organizational enhancement.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic school business environment.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business requirements and translate those into a Profit Making Branch.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
