• Kothimbir Vadi
• Sol Kadhi
• Follow traditional Maharashtrian recipes and cooking techniques to maintain authenticity.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and adhere to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist in developing new Maharashtrian-inspired menu items and specials.
