Job Responsibilities :- Responsible for the P&L of the branch- Responsible to achieve branch revenue target by effectively executing target achievement plan for all products (Test Prep/ Admissions/ ELT/ Online/ Others)- Manage Sales team to maximize results by establishing and making use of Manya\'s omnichannel Universe.- Foster relationship with new and existing customer accounts (Schools/ colleges) by regular visits and generate business (in campus / in retail mode) to strengthen the competitive position of the company.- Drive and closely supervise the marketing team in execution of outreach activities that will generate leads to the center.- Be available for second level counseling as necessary (customer house call/ online calls/ in center calls) in support of omnichannel customer experience and support the sales team with closures.- Ensure target CSAT achievement as per defined framework, by safeguarding quality of service delivery in coordination with faculty, ops manager, and admissions team.- Ensure action on customer feedback and promptly address to customer grievance within SLA.- Responsible for smooth inventory management, ensuring timely availability and distribution of materials.- Ensure timely and accurate data management and communication with relevant stakeholders.
