Job Description

Single Factory Manager is responsible for managing all operational aspects of a single production unit being accountable for the following areas: Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Production Operations, Quality Control, Manufacturing Repair & Maintenance Operations, Manufacturing Production Planning & Control, Environmental and Employee Health & Safety Key areas of focus include: Implementing the global strategy in the production unit, ensuring profitable and efficient operations of the site. Leading the manufacturing function and operation teams Improving the manufacturing technologies and competencies in line with the strategy Maintaining an oversight on operational performance, particularly Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, HSE and Cost, having an overall responsibility on \'Profit & Loss\' () May be involved in customer relations, product management, business development and sales support. A Senior Manager II (M5) typically manages multiple teams led by Senior Managers and Managers. May be a Country Sub-function Head. Responsibilities typically include: Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) strategy execution and operational direction in alignment with parent/independent organization objectives. Decisions have a serious impact on the overall success or failure on area of accountability. Interacts with executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to the organization.
