Role Overview:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production processes and manage a team of 100 laborers. The ideal candidate should have experience in production line supervision, mechanical field knowledge, and the ability to handle large teams. Proficiency in Excel is essential to ensure efficient operation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Oversee a team of 100 laborers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets and maintain high product quality.
• Monitor the production line for efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Maintain production records, reports, and performance metrics using Excel.
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality Control, R&D, etc.) to ensure all processes are aligned with production goals.
• Address and resolve any labor or operational issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male only
• Experience: Proven experience in production line supervision or the mechanical field.
• Team Management: Experience in handling a team of 100 or more laborers.
• Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Excel (for data management, reporting, and analysis).
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and other departments.
• Problem Solving: Ability to handle operational challenges and provide timely solutions.
