FunctionQualityPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs the Manufacturing Quality Planner you will be part of the Quality and will report to the Section Head Engine.The purpose of your role will be to Manage entire activities related to warranty management and IMS through coordination with respective stakeholders across Plants, to ensure effective closures of market complaints, standardization and policy deployment.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Warranty Part Inspection

• Verification, Categorisation, Acceptance & Rejection Of Warranty Claims Through Physical Verification Of Warranty Failed Components. Closure of VTQI and TSM PDI Observations

• Timely submission of countermeasure & Action plan for Market related complaint IMS Implementation

• Proper & standardized documentation

• Preparation and Updation of management indicators

• Conduction of various audits to ensure effectiveness of implemented countermeasures TPM QM Pillar Implementation of actions related to the Warranty, decided in QM sub- committee meeting Policy management and deployment

• Design Review Mechanism

• Monitoring Manufacturing Quality KPIs

A Day in the lifeOn a day-to-day basis you will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders such as SAS, GB, Market Quality ,Business/Op excellence, Quality Excellence for Policy management and deployment,IMS Implementation,Closure of VTQI and TSM PDI Observations etc.Academic Qualification & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing, and 1-2 years in an automotive firm

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Product (especially engine) process & systems knowledge (especially machining/casting /forging heat treatment/moulding)

• Quality Planning
