Level :M ConLocation :ChennaiJob Responsibilities :Ideal candidate would be leading Consulting teams who will be responsible for:Leverage deep expertise in serving manufacturing clients and provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
Strong expertise in designing and implementing Industry 4.0 solutions and has provided advisory services on Smart Manufacturing
Proactively identify and assess consulting opportunities within key accounts, leveraging deep knowledge of the Process & manufacturing industry and understanding of client needs.
Work closely with the Pursuit teams and Service Lines in creating Transformation Solution/ Consulting PoV for large multi-tower deals
Build and maintain strong relationship with key account stakeholders & practice leadership to drive Cognizant and Consulting sales
Lead the execution of consulting engagements, leveraging expertise to deliver innovative solutions that address client needs.
Identify innovation initiatives within accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, pilot and scale innovative solutions.
Should be able to work with diverse stakeholders and drive consensusCompetencies :Extensive experience working in Manufacturing segment xe2x80x93 should have worked in a Consulting capacity
Excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements
Should have executed engagements spanning xe2x80x93 Current state assessment, Process Definition, Roadmap creation
Good understanding of Technology as applicable in above context
MBA with an excellent academic background (preferred)
