Company Description FAST PHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED is a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company based in Roorkee, India. We have manufacturing facilities that manufacture Injectables (Ampoules), Oral Liquid, and Ointments for various medical conditions. We constantly strive to maintain high quality standards, ensure customer satisfaction and optimize our manufacturing processes. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Manager of Manufacturing (Approved Chemist), who will be required to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations of Parental plant at our production facility in Roorkee. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. This is an on-site role. Qualifications Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations management skills Quality Control and Production Management skills Proven track record of Operations Management in a Manufacturing setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and team management skills Experience in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment Bachelor\'s and master\'s degree in Pharmacy or related field Minimum Experience of 13-15 years in Parental Field.
