Job Title: Manufacturing Intern (EV Two-Wheeler Manufacturing).

Job Summary:

As a Manufacturing Intern at Prevalent Automotive Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your knowledge of MS Excel will be crucial in supporting various operational tasks and projects.
Note: This position is open to male candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily manufacturing operations.
• Support sheet metal, pipe, and chassis bending processes.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Troubleshoot recurring problems with various components and implement solutions
• to ensure quality production.
• Communicate with dealers and distributors regarding product specifications, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Communication with Vendors and manage dispatches.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Communicate with vendors, resolve any issues or problems that arise, and maintain healthy relationships with them.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Handling ERP Software and Inventory Management.

Qualification:

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of bending processes is a plus.
