You will be the solution's subject matter expert. As a change agent, you'll execute and lead technology implementations within the business. The role of Engineering Systems OpCenter Connect MOM & Execution Discrete Lead, is responsible for the execution and leadership of solution implementations, including process changes & performance monitoring. You will work closely with a cross section of external and internal partners/customers, including manufacturing, technology, engineering, finance, procurement, and business management.

Job responsibilities include:

o Maintenance and support of existing OpCenter Connect MOM & Execution Discrete solutions (incident management, updates, testing andor user trainings).

o Implementation of new capabilities, which include:

? Establish technical requirements & budget.

? Develop and lead implementation plans that complete within timing and budget to meet site expectations.

? Identify and escalate project risks.

? Communicate status regularly to all stakeholders.

? Monitor & report performance, to ensure business goals are met and new methods are upheld.

What you will need:

o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.

o Minimum 2 years in a technical leadlead contributor role with documented business results.

o Manufacturing process knowledge (fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing, shipping, Etc.). o Knowledge of Siemens OpCenter Connect MOM & Execution Discrete 4.x and above.

o Practical experience with technical upgrades of Siemens OpCenter Connect MOM & Execution Discrete 4.x and above.

o Proven experience in design, development and implementation of customizations to the core install.

o Appreciation of hosting applications in the public cloud.

o Experience integrating Siemens OpCenter with other applications (i.e. ERP Systems, WMS, Automation Devices, Etc.).

o Technical documentation creation experience.

o Analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Demonstrates commitment to continued professional growth and development.

o Team player with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization (i.e. executives, staff, clients, outside partners, Etc.).

o Strong work ethics in terms of reliability, productivity, and ownership.

o Self-Motivated (Demonstrated initiative and ability to pursuedeliver assignments with moderate direction).

Not required but would be a plus:

o Engineer-to-Order environment experience.

o Working knowledge of SAP.

o Familiarity working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CNC Post Processors andor MES applications (Manufacturing Execution Systems).

o Familiarity working with 3D CAD Systems (i.e. Creo, NX, Etc.).
