Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence, healthcare, telecommunications, rail transportation, semiconductor, geospatial, industrial, and energy. : Manufacturing Engineering & MRO Specialist 1. Should be able to read and understand the Aerospace components Engineering and Stage drawings. 2. Candidate should have MRO and supply chain activities experience 3. Must have good in Repair and Assembly process planning activities 4. Should review first article inspection report (FAI) for the production parts & preplanning documents. 5. Candidate must be good in review of manufacturing process inspection sheet. 6. Should be good in review of Process failure mode & effect analysis (PFMEA) for all production Components. 7. Should be able to review engineering & manufacturing change incorporation on process routings. 8. Candidate should be good at review of PPAP documents as per customer suggested levels. 9. Should have awareness of aerospace quality requirements. 10. Work closely with Customers, Project team and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives 11. Creating and implementing program plans and schedules 12. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives 13. Communicating and collaborating with Customers & Project team to meet the delivery schedules & project goals 14. Experienced in creation of Standard process & procedures to ensure quality deliverables to Customers 15. Candidate should be agile and quickly adopt to customer business needs Desired Skills and Qualification: 1. Bachelors\' degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with at least 12 to 15 years of experience in MRO and Aerospace manufacturing Engineering 2. Candidate to be given preference for having NX CAD software experience 3. Should have strong knowledge of Aero-engine components and manufacturing shop floor experience 4. Excellent knowledge & application of GD&T as well as Tolerance stack-up for sub-assemblies & assemblies 5. Should have strong knowledge on quality assurance Repair process planning and assembly- disassembly procedures 6. Preferred to have certified in Six Sigma, Green or Black belt and Scrum master 7.
