MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (M/W/D) Location Dhankot - Haryana, IndiaPacesetting. Passionate. Together. Roles & Responsibilities:
Execution of planning and approval of new and complex production equipment in alignment with the product development process
Planning and specifying complex working cycles and sequences, taking new and modified production processes and methods into account; planning and arranging for the procurement / manufacture of appropriate operating and testing equipment.
Projecting within the context of development projects in agreement with the superiorTechnical Experience
#Good understanding of SMT Processes.
#In Circuit Test Process & Defects knowhow
#Programming/Flashing Process understanding
#Depanelling/Milling Process Understanding
#Selective Soldering Process Understanding
#Testing Technology (Functional & EOL).Duties:
#New Product Launch
#Design for Manufacturing assessment
#Manufacturing Estimation for new products during acquisition
#Process Layout, PFC
#Process FMEA
#Preparation of equipment specification and awarding
#Equipment design approval and status tracking
#Equipment Design requirement analysis and coordination with supplier during development phase
#Sample planning
#Equipment ordering within project budget
#Equipment pre and final acceptance
#Equipment release planning and approval
#Product master data and BOM and routing creation in SAP
#Internal full run
#R@R and customer PPAP
#Equipment capability analysis
#Line capacity calculation as per takt time.
#Change Management
#Product Data Management
#Project KPI and continuous improvement
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualification: B. Tech (Electronics/Electrical)
• Work Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Process Engineering Dept.
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills
• Computer literate with Knowledge of Microsoft office.

Work Location: Dhankot
Work Week: 6 days
