Title: Manufacturing Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Tool Design
The candidate should have the knowledge and hands on experience on the below mentioned activities/roles.

• Min. 2+ years of Manufacturing experience in the automotive or heavy engineering domains.
• Experience with Welding Techniques or Various Machining Processes
• Should have hands-on experience in Tool design, Tool selection & Tool validation related to the products of construction, mining & Earth moving equipment industry
• Excellent fundamental working knowledge for design of Jigs, gauges, templates & work holding fixtures (Assembly build cum Shipping fixtures, Lifting fixtures, Machining fixtures incorporating pneumatic & hydraulic clamps, fit-up fixtures, fixtures for paint shops)
• Exceptional knowledge in the calculation of the machining cutting force, selection of the cylinders/ clamps.
• Should have very good working knowledge on the assembly tools being used in the assembly line and should be able to select the appropriate tool based on the application & torque requirement.
• Experience in Creo sheet metal, part modeling and assembly
• Exposures in Team Center, Vis-Mockup.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably an NTTF / CITD / CTTC qualified tool designer.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
