Summary Engineering associated with the manufacturing process, Process & Equipment maintanance with Qualifications. Managing breakdowns & permanent action plan to prevent breakdowns. Accountable on maintaining Spares & identify projects to reduce cost spend on spares. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result. Roles and Responsibilities Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers. Process & Production Control, Maintaining Calibration, Equipment Qualification, Validation & Verification of Equipments Maintaining Equipments & monitoring OEE, Addressing Breakdowns Equipment breakdown analysis, action plan to prevent issues Quality Analysis - Using A3, PSR & CAPA approach to eliminate quality problems Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area. Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding. Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited University in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience Experience in Process Engineering & handling Critical Equipments Know how on Calibration Process, Basic knowledge on Quality Failure Analysis TPM knowledge to maintain Equipments Knowledge on calculating OEE & maintaining Equipments without breakdowns Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
