Job Title: Assistant Doll Maker

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Doll Maker to join our creative team. As an Assistant Doll Maker, you will assist in the production and assembly of handmade dolls, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards. This role requires a combination of artistic skill, precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly and Crafting: Assist in the construction and assembly of various components of handmade dolls.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished dolls to ensure they meet quality standards in terms of overall appearance.
• Assist in Design Execution: Follow design specifications and instructions to accurately execute the creation of dolls based on established patterns or prototypes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior doll makers and designers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of materials and tools.
• Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for improving doll designs and production processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in crafting, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Creativity and a passion for handmade crafts.
• High school diploma or equivalent additional training in crafting or design is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• This role primarily involves working in a workshop environment.
• May require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials occasionally.
• Flexible hours may be required during peak production times.
