About the Job - As a Manual Testing Engineer with over 15 years of experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing manual testing strategies, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. 2. Key Responsibilities - Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Execute manual test cases to identify defects, ensuring thorough test coverage across all functional areas. Document and prioritize defects in JIRA, providing clear and detailed information to aid in resolution. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide input on testability and quality considerations. Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing input on testing efforts and timelines.
