Establishing QA processes and procedures and then overseeing the testing and also involve in the testing of the product. Hands on experience in Selenium & Java Scripting Building up and leading the Automation Testing Team to the success of project. Prepare, review and maintain functional and automation test cases. Prepare and execute automated test cases/scripts. Provide test execution reports. Identify and define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery. Deploy and manage automation test frameworks. Implement and record QA metrics. Manage and select QA tools & processes. Involve in agile ceremonies and work as an integrated QE for one or more squads. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the product and report it to the engineering team. Ability to approach a problem creatively and solve the problems. A good team player with positive attitude. Experience in Airline / airline staff travel domain (Nice to have)
