What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a

proactive and detail-oriented QA Tester

with

1 to 1.5 years

of experience in

Manual Testing

, along with a basic understanding or hands-on knowledge of

Automation Testing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, writing and executing test cases, and gradually contributing to automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical documentation. Create and execute detailed manual test cases. Perform functional, regression, UI, and usability testing. Log and track defects with clear, reproducible steps. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Write and maintain basic automation scripts (preferred: Selenium, Java/Python). Support QA team with setup and maintenance of test environments. Learn and contribute to automation frameworks based on project requirements.

Required Skills:

1 year of experience in software testing (Manual + Automation exposure). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the defect life cycle. Experience in writing and executing test cases. Exposure to automation tools like Selenium/WebDriver, TestNG, or similar. Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript). Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Knowledge of writing basic SQL queries.
