Role & responsibilities:

A manual tester plays a crucial role in the quality assurance (QA) department. Their primary responsibilities include:

• Creating and Executing Test Cases: Manual testers design and execute test cases to identify defects and ensure that software applications meet the company's quality standards.
• Defect Identification and Documentation: They meticulously identify and document defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Collaboration and Communication: Manual testers collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients to understand their requirements.
• Quality Assurance Strategies: They evaluate written code to ensure it aligns with project specifications and develop quality assurance strategies.
• Phased Testing: Manual testers organize phased testing with QA engineers to monitor system errors and discuss them with colleagues.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Good/Excellent English communication skills.
• Technical & Practical knowledge of Manual Testing.
• Good team player and Dynamic.
