MANUAL TESTER We need a meticulous tester to join our team!(Hyderabad | Work Onsite | Relocate) You\'ll be testing software applications to ensure they\'re high quality and meet all requirements. Think you have the eye for detail and the smarts to find any bug? Responsibilities:
- Design and run tests to check software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Team up with different departments to understand project needs.
- Create clear test plans based on requirements.
- Uncover defects, bugs, and inconsistencies during testing.
- Track and document issues using systems like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Work with developers to fix problems you find.
- Give input on testability and quality during software design.
- Keep stakeholders informed on software quality and release readiness.
- Always look for ways to improve testing processes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest testing trends and tools.
- Bachelor\'s in Computer Science, IT, or similar field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience as a Manual Tester or similar QA role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methods, tools, and techniques.
- Experience creating test plans, cases, and scripts from documents.
- Pro with issue-tracking systems and test management tools.
- Keen eye for detail with top-notch problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Can work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points for Agile development experience and ISTQB certification.
