Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies and a keen interest in software testing.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases to ensure product quality.
• Test APIs using tools like Postman , and validate API requests/responses.
• Identify and document bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in the software.
• Collaborate with developers and the automation QA team to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing and re-testing of resolved bugs.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation such as test cases, test plans, and test results.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman .
• Understanding of API calls, request-response formats (JSON/XML), and status codes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle.
• Knowledge of test rail and JIRA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A proactive approach to learning and testing new features.
• Exposure to Agile methodology is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
