Position Summary:
Willis Towers Watson is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / QA tester to join our software development team. As a full-time team member, you will be expected to review product backlog items, work closely with developers and other business analysts to test features and enhancements and to make sure that software releases are up to organizational standards and are released successfully without any negative impact to our customers.
Essential Job Duties:
- Work efficiently and collaborate with team members in different geographic regions.
- Take ownership of the assigned tasks and follow up with team members until the task is completed.
- Develop and execute test plans in specified timeframes. Occasionally help with user support related activities
- Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a QA tester
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on large software teams using Agile methodologies.
- Must have the ability to develop test scenarios covering real-life scenarios.
- Current Software Testing Certification a plus
- Familiarity with SQL / Relational databases a plus
