We seek a highly creative and detail-oriented Manual Jewellery Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional jewellery design techniques and a passion for creating unique and exquisite pieces. This role requires exceptional artistic skills and translating conceptual ideas into tangible designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

• 1. Conceptualize and create detailed designs for jewellery pieces using manual design techniques.
• 2. Develop initial sketches and refine designs to achieve a final, production-ready state.
• 3. Ensure designs are visually appealing and meet customer requirements and market trends.

Technical Proficiency:

• 1. Use manual design tools and techniques to develop intricate designs.
• 2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and materials.
• 3. Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and can be accurately crafted.

Creative Development:

• 1. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging styles, and innovative techniques.
• 2. Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to enhance design quality.
• 3. Experiment with new design ideas and techniques to bring fresh perspectives to the product line.

Quality Assurance:

• 1. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all designs.
• 2. Ensure that designs meet quality standards and align with the company's brand image.
• 3. Troubleshoot and resolve design issues or challenges as they arise.

Collaboration and Communication:

• 1. Work closely with other designers, gemmologists, and the production team to ensure a streamlined design-to-production workflow.
• 2. Present and explain design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders as required.
• 3. Provide clear documentation and specifications for production.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Skills:

• 01. Expertise in manual jewellery design techniques and tools.
• 02. Strong artistic and creative abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• 03. Proficiency in understanding and applying jewellery manufacturing techniques.
• 04. Have to possess latest fashion trend and new concepts of designs.
• 05 Should have participated in Jewellery Exhibitions - additional advantage
• 06. Should have knowledge of the Export Market.
• 07 Knowledge of high end Jewellery will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
