Job Title: Manual Tester - Banking Domain

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manual Tester with a strong understanding of the banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing banking applications and a proven ability to identify and report defects accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Execute test cases manually to ensure the quality and reliability of banking applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the defect management process.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing to verify that changes do not impact existing functionality.
• Participate in test planning and estimation activities.
• Adhere to testing methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Experience in manual testing techniques (functional, regression, integration, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of banking domain concepts, products, and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
