Many of our System Administrators are on a path toward becoming either an Architect or Distinguished Engineer, and there are opportunities at every skill level to grow in either of these directions.Who You Are.Essential Roles & Responsibilities:Provide batch job support.Release agreed batch job per job sheet or adhoc request.Monitoring batch job status including overrun / msgw / not started / fail etcReporting, monitor the batch job status and report to support team per instruction and raise ticket.Recover issue job per operation manual or instruction from pc/app team, including job rerun / force completed / on-hold / off-hold / release etcProvide system monitoring support.Monitor console and email to detect alert/event and do regular health check.Follow operation manual to determine whether next action required.Follow procedure to call engineer for immediate action , open incident ticket & assign to concerned team & send emailInformed IPC & Management Team for major incident reporting.Required Professional and Technical Expertise:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT industry and 4 years of relevant experience in AS400Have knowledge of batch job run.Familiar with basic operations on platform Windows / Linux / AS400Have deep knowledge of infra system monitoring.Familiar with console monitoring tool like netcool / datadog / nagios / Dynatrace etcFamiliar with job schedule tool autosys / Control-M /QuartzFamiliar with ticketing system Service-Now.Follow instruction and operation manual strictly.Able to work shift to support 24*7 service.Certificates/Credentials of platform foundationGood working attitude and communication skill.Ability to work under pressure.Target oriented and self-drivenBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it\xe2\x80\x99s how we think and who we are.
