Hiring for Manpower Coordinator
Job Title: Manpower Coordinator - Telecom
Location: Gujarat/Maharasthra/ Chennai Job Type: [Full-time]
Experience: 2 years (as manpower coordinator)
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manpower Planning & Coordination: > Collaborate with project managers to understand manpower requirements for ongoing and upcoming telecom projects. > Assign and schedule workers based on skills, availability, and project needs. > Coordinate with subcontractors or third-party vendors to meet any additional manpower requirements
.2. Resource Allocation: >Ensure that manpower resources are deployed efficiently, taking into account geographical locations, project timelines, and resource expertise. >Track the movement of personnel between job sites, ensuring that each site has adequate staffing at all times. >Monitor personnel productivity and adjust allocations as necessary to optimise performance.
3 Staffing & Recruitment: >Work with the recruitment team to hire temporary or permanent staff based on project requirements. >Ensure that all hired workers meet necessary qualifications and safety standards for telecom projects. >Coordinate onboarding, training, and induction programs for new hires.
4 Skills and Qualifications:>
Educational Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, telecommunications, or a related field (preferred).
. Relevant certifications in manpower planning, HR, or telecommunications (a plus).
.Proven experience in workforce management or manpower coordination, preferably in the telecom or construction industry.
.Experience working with field technicians, engineers, and subcontractors is a plus.
