Key responsibilities:
Strategic Vision: Craft a compelling digital product roadmap for supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement. Align it with business objectives and market trends.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch digital tools. These may include supply chain planning solutions, manufacturing automation systems, and procurement platforms.
User-Centric Approach: Understand end-users pain points and needs. Develop intuitive interfaces and seamless experiences for stakeholders across the supply chain.
Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and track product performance. Continuously iterate based on data-driven insights.
Vendor Management: Work closely with technology vendors and partners. Evaluate their solutions and negotiate contracts.
Change Management: Facilitate adoption of digital solutions within the organization. Train users and manage change effectively.
Key stakeholders:
Supply Chain Managers: Collaborate on process optimization, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
Manufacturing Engineers: Co-create digital tools that enhance production efficiency, quality control, and traceability.
Procurement Specialists: Understand their requirements for sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.
IT Teams: Partner with technical experts for system integration, data architecture, and cybersecurity.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: B.Tech.
Years of Experience: 8+
Skills required:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle SCM).
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and process automation.
- Understanding of procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba).
- Data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of cloud solutions and APIs.
Business and Functional Skills:
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Project management and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
