Process Automation - Manager Sales Digital

Lead the Digital Transformation with Key Customers by accelerating Digital Solutions & Services offering to create value for them, also to become the trusted Cybersecurity advisor of our customer. Identify new markets, new ideas and New Initiatives to boost Digital Solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Regular Interaction with Customers to identify customer needs and generating opportunity pipeline.
  • Data collection, Evaluate technical feasibility, Assessment of business benefits
  • Driving New Digital Initiative on regular Basis with Customer
  • Drive Digital offers related to analytics advisors, software & services
  • Deliver value through collaboration, co-innovation & cocreation
  • Tracking of Digital Opportunities with all stake holders
  • Digital Offers know how of SE & Leverage SE platforms & Tools
  • Understand current business challenges and priority
  • Brainstorming on ideas and POCs
Relationship Management and Communication Internally / Externally supported by this Role:

Qualifications

Job Requirement and Qualification:
  • B. Tech with MBA/ B. Tech.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Hand on Digital Working Experience.
Achievement and Experience:
  • Experience with any Start-Up/corporate to develop new Use Case
  • Self-management and cross-functionality
Digital Competencies:
  • IT / OT Integration Skill Sets
  • Value Creation and Mapping
  • Cyber Security Skill Sets
  • Digital Life Cycle Services
  • Digital Consulting (Digital, Cyber, Process, Energy, Sustainability.......)
Important Skills:
  • General Segment Knowledge (Example: Industry 4.0, Process Knowledge, Industrial Automation, Safety and Security, Sustainability and Productivity, Energy & process Optimization Services.......)
  • General Industry Knowledge (O&G / Power / Mining Segment / Life Science / Consumer Products Goods / Transport......)
  • Develop POC (Proof of Concepts) and Digital Use Cases
