About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic BBA graduates to join our dynamic team as Management Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment. As a Management Trainee, you will be involved in various aspects of business operations, including:

• Client Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client inquiries.
• Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing proposals.
• Digital Platform Management: Managing and monitoring online platforms, including social media, website, and online marketplaces.
• Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Interacting effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
