Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to recruit as Solution Architect.
  • Story boarding
  • Understanding of market dynamics, the tactics played by various service integrators and both the stated and unstated asks of the customers
  • Understanding of the entire eco system of advisors, analysts, partners and media, and handle it to elevate our positioning and recognition.
  • CxO communication
  • Excellent articulation and extempore presentation skills and exhibit the knack of handling complicated business situations.
  • A self-motivated la niaque personality with the capacity of multi-tasking and ability to accept change. Ability to work in a matrixed organization and to deliver the desired results successfully by collaborating and managing situations with no demarcated authority.


Primary Skills


  • Experience in driving solutions of large multi tower deals (100M$+)
  • Full understanding of Application managed service engagement governance
  • Application managed service Opportunity qualification and estimation, pricing and contract elaboration
  • Experience in Application Management Services delivery


Secondary Skills


  • Understanding and application of process optimization, industrialization and automation in solutions.
  • Good understanding and experience with ITIL (ITIL V4)
  • Knowledge and experience with technology areas like Automation, AIOps, Gen AI, Cloud and proven track record of applying them in large deals to cause a differentiation to win.
