Job Description
We are looking at inducting a senior leader with a proven track record of building size and scale in the Telecom domain. The primary focus will be on establishing product teams and identifying customers in developed markets. The goal is to achieve multi-fold revenue growth in the next few years, with a strong emphasis on increased profitability.
The Role:
The role demands a visionary leader who would spearhead the company\'s transformation in product development. The primary objective will be to expand the global customer base in developed markets, driving growth and success for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve the organization\'s long-term goals and objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the digital and telecommunications industry.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the organization\'s reach.
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, with 20- 30 years of Telecom Industry Experience. MBA/ master\'s degree preferred.
- The ideal candidates for this role should have experience as a Business Head/ / Global Business Development Head, managing P&L and specializing in Telecom and Mobility Solutions with significant revenue responsibility.
