This role requires a visionary leader with proven experience in cloud technologies and organizational modernization. The successful candidate will drive the development of self-service capabilities and ensure the efficient processing of millions of documents daily.Job responsibilities

• Leadership & Management:

• Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers and technical staff.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to modernize document management processes.
• Technical Strategy & Execution:

• Oversee the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Drive the development of self-service platforms to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure robust and secure handling of all document processing activities.
• Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Implement best practices for document management and processing.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Communicate progress and updates to executive management and other relevant parties.
• Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard data and operations.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

• Over 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise in leading technologists to address, anticipate, and resolve complex technical challenges within your area of expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of various technical disciplines and technology strategies, including emerging trends, research, and technological advancements.
• Proven experience in managing complex technology functions across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technology strategy and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Capability to inspire and motivate technologists while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies.
• Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
