Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
3. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
4. Create and present business proposals and pitches.
5. Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years business development experience (Insurance exp. preferred)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
