  • In this role, you will develop and execute the _VOIS India youth programs and university recruiting strategy that aligns with the company\'s overall talent acquisition goals and objectives.
  • You will work towards deepening our relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and core external partners, to help find and hire the best student talent for our many incredible students career opportunities.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
  • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in University Hiring.
  • Demonstrated commitment to being a talent advisor to the business, using data and analytics to tell your story.
  • Developing strategic relationships with premium universities
  • Focus on generating a positive candidate experience.
  • Understanding of current early career hiring landscape, ability to advocate from the student perspective and a general knowledge of best practices for attracting Gen Z talent
  • Exceptional planning and organization skills, ability to manage campus events
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Oversee regional youth programs and university hiring strategy including marketing, events, interviews, and summer programs.
  • _VOIS SPOC on youth programs in India.
  • Work closely with Centre TA leads and India business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop targeted youth recruitment programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key university partners, including career centers and faculty members to increase visibility and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the _VOIS marketing and communications team to create compelling and effective university recruiting communications and branding.
