Role Modern Trade- TSM Function / Department Sales & Distribution Location Mohali Job Purpose Take responsibility of Active MT, SPO & KRO Count Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Promoter onboarding - Admin & Business Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chain engagement Promoter Productivity: Team Leader\'s (TL) monthly PJP setting & tracking VISA adherence on attendance & training Key SPO- KRO visit as per defined PJP Carry out OJT Drive Shopper activations as per design shared by corporate or circle Liaising with the Zonal Team. I am a part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience I nterpret & construct performance reports Execute agreed actions on Promoter monthly attrition . Monitor TL & Promoter incentive earning Must have technical / professional qualifications Graduate, preferably an MBA with experience around 2-5 years in telco/ FMCG/ Consumer Durables. Good communication skill in English and Bengali
