Engage with the key stakeholders to identify & analyze the training needs.
Understand the building material industry and businesss requirements. Understand and breakdown the business problem to be able to create and propose a learning solution.
Conduct discussions with BUs to understand training requirements (mandatory training, technical, domain, behavioral training)
Assisting with training measures Monitor & track the weekly/monthly training data records.
Perform training data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery.
Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience and location.
Administer the learning interventions.i.e. Buddy program, Induction etc.
Arrange training programs for various audience groups, as and when required.
