Job Title :- Manager- Talent ManagementExperience :- 7 to 12 YrsCTC :- 10 to 12 LPAJob Location :- GurgaonResponsibilities:-

  • Engage with the key stakeholders to identify & analyze the training needs.
  • Understand the building material industry and business\xe2\x80\x99s requirements. Understand and breakdown the business problem to be able to create and propose a learning solution.
  • Conduct discussions with BUs to understand training requirements (mandatory training, technical, domain, behavioral training)
  • Assisting with training measures Monitor & track the weekly/monthly training data records.
  • Perform training data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
  • Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery.
  • Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience and location.
  • Administer the learning interventions.i.e. Buddy program, Induction etc.
  • Arrange training programs for various audience groups, as and when required.
